Hello my name is Salem also known as Ravyn pain or as the vtuber Azure erin HeartI was Formerly known as Klara Chaos!I am Agender but go under He/She/They !im a 24-year-old artist who primarily draws furrys but sometimes also ponys!im mostly seen drawing my ocs and its story with im also in the process of slowly writing!Im also the Owner of the Blue wishing star au (mario au!)visit me on my sorcals if you want to see more :D

FANART POLICY

Fan art of my characters is always welcome! You do not need to ask me for permission before drawing them.You are free to:- Draw my OCs in your own style.
- Change or simplify outfits, hairstyles, accessories, etc. (this means you don't need to follow the canon outfit or hairstyle!)
- Draw alternate outfits or AU's.
- Draw them interacting with your own OCs.
- Make memes, silly art, shitposts, or wholesome art.
- Draw ship art, as long as it isn’t presented as canon unless the ship actually is canon.
- Make small design changes if they work better with your style.
- Post the artwork publicly wherever you want.
- Make NSFW or Gore artPlease:- Credit/tag me as the owner of the character when possible.
- Do not claim my characters or their original designs as your own.
- Make it clear when something is an AU/head canon rather than official lore if it could be confused for canon. (Do note that I'm fully allowed to use said AU designs if I wish to, but you will be credited for the original AU design)
- Ask me before using my characters for commercial purposes, merchandise, adoptables, or anything else involving money.NSFW/gore is generally okay, but please keep anything extremely explicit, fetish-focused, or otherwise questionable away from underage characters. If you’re unsure whether something would cross a line, you’re always free to ask me first.
I AM FINE WITH FETISH OR QUESTIONABLE STUFF (like noncon or NSFW art that mixes in gore!) no need to ask me to draw that stuff keep it from underage people!You also don’t need to perfectly follow the character reference! Missing a marking, using the wrong shade, changing an outfit, or getting a small detail wrong is completely fine. I’m not going to get mad over tiny inaccuracies.
BUT DO NOT CHANGE A CHARACTER'S SKIN TONE!DO NOT USE AI ON MY OCS OR ART WHATSSOEVER THATS A FAST AND EASY WAY TO GET BLOCKED BY MEOverall, just have fun with them! I love seeing people interpret my characters in their own way, and I don’t want people to feel like they need to follow a giant rulebook just to make fan art.You can submit fan art by either tagging one of my socials or sending it by email (email button down below)You can also just request to add the image on the characters TH page!

Design TOS

Ravyn Pains Design TOSBy purchasing or receiving one of my designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.The design may not be resold for a higher price than originally paid unless additional artwork has been added.
The design must be kept for a minimum of one week before reselling or trading.
The original character must remain on Toyhouse and must be visible to me at all times.
Authorization or an access key is required if the character is private or hidden.
If transferred to someone without a Toyhouse account, the character must either remain on your Toyhouse or you must contact me so I can provide a Toyhouse code.Redesigns are permitted, provided the character remains recognizable.
The buyer is free to use the character for personal purposes.
Feral NSFW content of my pony adopts is strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting.
(Anthro or humanoid NSFW artwork is perfectly fine.)

Commercial RightsCommercial use is not included by default and must be purchased separately for 200% of the original design price.Commercial rights are required if the character is used as a VTuber or you want to make any merch of the oc (with merch i mean anything you plan to sell!
